The Designer

Based in Singapore. Deanna Rompis is a multi racial Singaporean designer. Inspired by culture and people. Hopes to bridge all forms of diversity through exploration of the unconventional and experimenting with mixed-media in her works.

After further exploration into 1 of her 4 races – Minahasan, an ethnic group of her grandfather, in 2018, she debuted her graduate collection at The Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts Singapore.

She also participated in Men’s Folio Designer of The Year ’18 – ‘Seven Deadly Sins’ soon after graduating where she created her collection “Avarice” inspired from the seven deadly sins – Greed, which won First Runner Up.
